Base pay range: $65,000–$100,000 per year. Additional compensation includes up to $2,000 per month in commissions, with senior attorneys potentially earning $90,000–$100,000, and candidates with over 3 years of creditors’ rights experience may be considered above $100,000, though the total is aimed to remain under $120,000.

Legal Management Services Attorney will oversee a high‑volume civil litigation docket, primarily focusing on consumer debt collection cases for national banks and creditors, including credit cards, auto loans, student loans, and judgment enforcement.

• Attend hearings and trials throughout VA Beach, representing clients in civil collection matters.
• Review and update case files, manage litigation calendars, and ensure timely progression of cases.
• Engage in negotiations to resolve pending litigation efficiently, aiming for favorable outcomes.
• Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and execute filings to support case advancement.
• Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards, overseeing management of exceptions and queues within the litigation process.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and an active license to practice in Virginia.
• Minimum of one year of civil litigation experience; additional experience in creditors’ rights is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Westlaw and Lexis Nexis, strong negotiation skills, and experience supervising legal processes.

Hybrid working arrangement with no billable hour requirement. The position is commission‑eligible and offers flexibility for attorneys.
