In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic
Epic is seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team. The role is based in Madison, WI and requires relocation with full reimbursement.
Responsibilities- Navigate legal risks as Epic expands its offerings.
- Manage litigation and regulatory matters.
- Advise on evolving competitive landscape and regulatory environment.
- Lead settlement negotiations and represent Epic in court.
- JD with 3‑7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Attention to detail, creative thinking, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
- Experience in regulatory and privacy litigation is a plus.
- Relocation to Madison, WI required.
- COVID‑19 vaccination required.
