Commercial Real Estate Attorney - Virginia

Introduction

Sands Anderson PC is a reputable law firm with a strong focus on commercial real estate and business law. We are expanding our Virginia Beach office and seeking an experienced attorney to join our widely recognized Commercial Real Estate Team.

This attorney does not need a book of business and will be stepping into a well‑run, busy transactional practice.

Candidates open to relocation are encouraged to apply and will be considered with a competitive relocation package.

• Represent developers, lenders, landlords, and community associations.
• Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, purchase, financing, and leasing.
• Review, analyze, negotiate, and draft agreements, deeds, loan documents, leases, declarations, and covenants.
• Manage others to ensure timely closings and meet milestones.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in Virginia.
• 6+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law and related areas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
