You'll be an integral part of the post-death administration process, working closely with attorneys and clients to ensure smooth and accurate probate and trust administration. Your skills will be deeply valued, and generously rewarded.
What You’ll Do:- Oversee probate and trust administration files from start to finish
- Prepare and file court documents, including petitions, inventories, and accountings
- Track deadlines and court dates to ensure timely filings
- Communicate with clients, courts, financial institutions, and beneficiaries
- Maintain organized and accurate case files
- Collaborate with attorneys to ensure compliance with legal procedures and client goals
- Competitive Salary: $75,000 to $110,000
