Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Cleaning Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at an assigned location, ensuring high-quality service, efficient workflow, and employee performance. The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing cleaning staff, monitoring work quality, handling inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to maintain a well-functioning team and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily cleaning operations and manage staff workflow
  • Create and maintain team schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure proper coverage
  • Review and approve employee timesheets via HRIS software for payroll processing
  • Assess employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure business goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met
  • Train new hires to ensure they understand their roles and company expectations
  • Recommend potential hires based on employee performance evaluations
  • Report performance records and evaluations to the Area Manager & HR
  • Monitor inventory levels and report needs to the Area Manager in a timely manner
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Manager

Requirements

Education & Experience:

At least 2 years of management/supervisory experience

Strong leadership, communication, and employee training skills

Experience in commercial cleaning is required

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in time management and organization
  • Ability to maintain a positive and team-oriented work environment
  • Computer literacy, including experience with scheduling and HR software
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and cleaning industry best practices
  • Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. or more as needed
  • Strong professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines

  • Area Managers will provide site-specific training and expectations

Work Schedule:

  • Shifts vary
  • Day shift/evening shift
  • Weekends as needed
