SURTASS Training Manager

Overview

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.

Responsibilities

* Supervises and/or manages the planning, development, and implementation of training programs on products and/or services.

* Works with sales, marketing, and engineering to identify program development needs.

* Obtains technical data and schedules programs.

* Manages a group of trainers to develop and present programs to employees and customers.

* The incumbent is responsible for the employment, training, motivation, and evaluation of assigned staff.

* Participates in planning and policy development issues.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma and 6 years of additional experience

* U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance

* Active Secret Clearance

* 5 years of experience with managing training and qualification programs

* 5 years' experience in the operation, maintenance, and/or repair of complex Navy

systems.

Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $80,100.00/Yr.

- USD $/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
