- Two Maids Jackson is looking for an energetic, organized, motivated Operations Manager to help run and grow our local business.
- This isn't a boring desk job.
You're going to help run the show.
You lead our team, take care of customers, grow sales, hire and train employees, solve problems, and help make sure every customer receives an experience worth talking about. And yes, sometimes you'll get out of the office and visit our clients' homes.

COMPENSATION & PERKS- $52,000–$55,000 starting salary
- Performance-based raise evaluations every 2 months
- Opportunity to earn $60,000+
- 10 paid vacation days
- 8 paid holidays
- Monday–Friday
- NO WEEKENDS
- 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel

- Manage supplies and equipment
- Handle invoices, payments, and deposits
- Assist with payroll

You don't need to know everything about the cleaning industry. We can teach you how to clean a house.
What we can't teach as easily is leadership, work ethic, personality, initiative, and the ability to make things happen.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management, leadership, sales, or customer-service experience
- Valid driver's license
