Store Assistant Manager
Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key part of the leadership team, handling crucial aspects of store operations while learning through experience how to eventually become a General Manager one day or more!. This includes:

CompensationOur Assistant Managers are paid an hourly rate between $15 and $18.00 with bonus opportunity

Room to growMost of our GMs started as AMs. After you've run a Two Sisters Pizza store successfully for a year, you can apply for franchise ownership. Trainer and Regional Manager roles are also open to you.
What you'll do- Train and develop your team
- Make sure everyone on your shift shows up and is ready to go
- Place food orders and keep inventory in check
- Put product quality above everything else
- Keep the team looking sharp and professional

What you need- 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Organized, motivating and calm in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
