Store Assistant Manager
Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key part of the leadership team, handling crucial aspects of store operations while learning through experience how to eventually become a General Manager one day or more!. This includes:

Franchise Ownership:
Our exclusive Management Development Program allows only our own store managers to apply for franchising opportunities, which sets us apart from the competition. Eligibility requires successfully managing a Domino's Pizza store for at least one year.
Compensation
Our Assistant Managers are paid an hourly rate between $15 and $18.00 with bonus opportunity
About the job
Our General Managers are the backbone of our business. You'll run every part of your store: leading the team, setting the bar for customer service and making sure every pizza is one we’re proud of.
What you'll earn
Bonuses and incentives on top, tied to your store's results and profitability
Schedule
You'll work weekends and at least 5 closing shifts a week, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This is required.
Room to grow
After a year of successfully running a Two Sisters Pizza store, you can apply for franchise ownership. Prefer the corporate side? You can also move into Trainer or Regional Manager roles.
What you'll do
Train and develop your team
Build schedules, place food orders and manage inventory
Put product quality above everything else
Keep the team looking sharp and professional
Make sure every call is answered on the first ring

What you need
18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Organized, motivating and steady in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
