Join our energetic team at our Virginia Beach Location! New Realm Brewing Company is an American craft brewery started in 2016 by co‑founders Carey Falcone, Bob Powers, and Mitch Steele. We are seeking a Cellar Operator, working directly under our Head Brewer.

Full‑time, hourly position with opportunity for overtime. The role is located in our Virginia Beach production facility and includes an industry‑leading benefits package (medical, dental, vision insurance; paid sick time, vacation accrual, paid holidays). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with brewery packaging experience.

• Operation of Alfa Laval Brew 350 Centrifuge
• Rack Line CIP/SIP with Beer Transfer
• CIP/SIP of Brewery Vessels
• COP of Parts & Brewery Equipment
• Yeast Counting/Harvest, Pitching & Health Management
• Fermentation & Process Data Tracking in our QA/QC Database
• Dry Hopping, Fruiting, Tank Additions
• Operation of an Ultramodern vacuum still for alcohol removal

• At least 3+ years of experience working in a brewery environment
• An understanding of the physical requirements a manufacturing position demands
• Strong, self‑motivated work ethic
• Work/Stand 8–10 hours a day
• Ability to work on rotating set shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Safety minded
• Respect for others in a team environment
• Observe & adapt, critical thinking skills
• Time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Willingness to aid outside your “lane” for the benefit of the team
• General mechanical aptitude
• Forklift & scissor‑lift experience preferred

High School or better is preferred but not required.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present our menu to guests and answer questions. Must be able to speak English.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two‑step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
