Responsibilities- Carefully inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality standards before painting, checking for defects or inconsistencies.
- Package the painted parts according to the Bill of Materials (BOM), selecting appropriate packaging materials and methods.
- Place packaged parts in designated areas for shipping, ensuring all parts are correctly labeled and organized.
- Use basic problem-solving techniques to address any routine issues that arise during the packaging process.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors, varying depending on the needs of the production line.
- Experience in packaging, production, and inspection.
- Ability to use general production skills including labeling and packing.
- Competence in operating small hand tools or willingness to learn.
- Ability to read work orders and instructions.
Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Physical ability to lift, pack, stack, and wrap up to 50 pounds regularly.

Work EnvironmentWork a weekend day shift from Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, in a non-climate controlled production environment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.35/hr.
