• Read work orders to determine specifications and efficiently follow production workflow to produce a high volume of work.
• Gain knowledge of product materials and respective requirements to produce optimal quality projects.
• Operate finishing equipment, including cutters and bindery guns.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals, ensuring all work meets job ticket and customer expectations.
• Approach tasks with a quality mindset and adhere to a defined maximum scrap rate.
• Partner with Production Lead(s) for timely processing and be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Record any quality or scrap issues and notify management of any safety concerns.
• Perform all assigned work effectively and on schedule.
• Team player who takes initiative on other duties as requested.

• Assemble up to 300 mats per day accurately.
• Become familiar with library and scheduling.

• Assemble 350–500 mats per day with minimal supervision.
• Understand coding system.
• Restock supplies.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills and computer literacy.
• Previous success in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success in going above and beyond to help team achieve a goal.
• Strong attendance and punctuality record.
• Proficient reading a ruler.

• Lifting, carrying, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting.
• Reading, communication, simple math.
• Regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs.
• Climb stairs.
• Work environment noise typically moderate to above moderate.
