Manager of Digital Marketing

Operation Blessing (OB) is seeking an innovative and purpose-driven Manager of Digital Marketing to architect and lead our digital strategy. Will design and direct campaigns that grow awareness, acquire new donors, and deepen engagement across every digital platform. This role shapes the digital roadmap for fundraising and communications, connecting our mission with compelling campaigns that inspire generosity and long-term support. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to OB’s Biblical mission to extend a helping hand in Christ’s name to meet physical and spiritual needs.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing strategy, ideally in nonprofit fundraising with proven success in donor acquisition and digital engagement strategies
• Experience in campaign management, data-driven analytics, and effective resource management
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills with a passion for mission-driven work
• Ability to craft and direct creative digital content that inspires donor action
• Skilled in web management, SEO, paid media, and social media platforms
• Knowledge of digital platforms such as Wordpress, Mobile Cause, Funraise, etc. a plus
• Strong data analysis skills, with ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies
• Comfortable testing, iterating, and applying insights to optimize performance and growth
• Self-motivated leader, eager to take ownership and drive innovation across digital channels, with experience in effectively managing a team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and related software
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Detail oriented with big picture thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• High initiative to collaborate and contribute to the creative process
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish effective rapport with OB staff and outside public
• Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
• Demonstrated life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with OB’s nonprofit Christian mission
