• Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice; compact licenses to be transferred within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component);
  Aveanna can assist after hire if necessary
• TB skin test valid within last 12 months
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
