Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Skilled Nursing, Long
-Term Care and Rehab for the overnight shift.

We have immediate openings for:

• Full Time Nights (7pm - 7am)

* Full-time positions follow a rotating schedule of 3 days one week and 4 days the next week, with every other weekend.*

What will I do?

Our LPN Team Leader plans and coordinates clinical resident care and oversees certified nursing assistants. Encourages and manages engagement with team members, residents and family members. Works closely with the Clinical Supervisor and Team members to ensure regulatory compliance; ensures focus on person-centered care

• Skilled Nursing 1:12 Max ratio & Non-Skilled Nursing 1:20 Max ratio
• Responsible for the daily clinical operations of the assigned unit.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered by a provider, while being in compliance with state and pharmacy regulations.
• Performs treatments and monitoring, as guided by the physician.
• Identifies, reports, and documents incidents and accidents
• Ensures problems and complaints involving nursing services are managed in a timely and appropriate manner.

What do I need for this role?

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Virginia
• Current CPR certification.

Compensation:
Starting hourly rates $32/hr (plus shift differential for night shift positions)
