Overview

Sentara Princess Anne Hospital, located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, is hiring a full-time Temporary Traveler RN (Registered Nurse) on our 4th floor Medical/Surgical Unit.

About the Unit

Our patient population in our 20-bed unit is diverse and includes but is not limited to CHF, Sickle Cell, Renal Failure, Diabetes, Vascular, Sepsis, COPD, Pneumonia, Osteomyelitis w/ Surgical Intervention, Wound Care, and varying disease processes. Our specialty is Observation short stay patients. We have 10 Observation beds.

Education

Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or diploma in the Nursing Field required.

Certification / Licensure

• Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• NIH stroke scale

Experience

Must have two or more years of current acute care hospital experience.
