Dozoretz Hospice House of Hampton Roads is a nonprofit organization that provides compassionate respite and end‑of‑life care for patients in a peaceful, homelike environment. Featuring twelve private suites and shared spaces, our dedicated hospice house honors each person’s dignity while providing the highest quality care.

• Assist patients with daily activities, mobility, and personal care.
• Monitor and record vital signs as part of the care plan.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment in compliance with infection control protocols.
• Assist with meal preparation and serving, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Communicate patient needs and changes to the healthcare team.

• Ability to assist with patient transfers and mobility (up to 100 lbs with assistance)

• CNA license in Virginia (unencumbered)
• CPR certificationor willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire)
• Willingness to complete a food sanitation course after hire
• Flu‑vaccinated

• Hands‑on clinical experience
• COVID‑19 vaccinated (most current vaccination proof)

• Hourly: $18.17 – $20.00 (based on relevant experience)
