• Ability to expand an already established surgical service
• Perform advanced orthopedic, soft tissue, endoscopic, and laparoscopic procedures
• Work with modern tools including CT, PRP, laser therapy, and stance analysis technology

• Perform a wide range of surgical procedures, including soft tissue and orthopedics
• Utilize advanced diagnostic and therapeutic tools (CT, endoscopy, PRP, laser therapy)
• Communicate treatment plans, surgical options, and outcomes to clients
• Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment
• Mentor and guide surgical support staff
• Participate in ongoing development of surgical protocols and best practices
• Maintain accurate medical and surgical records

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited institution
• Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Virginia
• Board-Certified Veterinary Surgeon or residency-trained veterinarian
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and client education
• Ability to collaborate with a multi-doctor team

• Proficiency in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery
• Familiarity with laparoscopic and endoscopic procedures
• Interest in expanding or developing specialized surgical services
• Experience working with advanced imaging and therapeutic technologies
