OverviewOur client is seeking a surgery-focused Veterinarian to join a multi-location small animal hospital group in the Coastal Virginia area. This independently owned practice offers advanced surgical capabilities, exceptional support staff, and flexible scheduling. - Perform advanced orthopedic, soft tissue, endoscopic, and laparoscopic procedures

- Mentor and guide surgical support staff
- Participate in ongoing development of surgical protocols and best practices
- Maintain accurate medical and surgical records
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited institution
- Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Virginia
- Board-Certified Veterinary Surgeon or residency-trained veterinarian
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and client education
- Ability to collaborate with a multi-doctor team
- Proficiency in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery
- Familiarity with laparoscopic and endoscopic procedures
- Interest in expanding or developing specialized surgical services
- Experience working with advanced imaging and therapeutic technologies
