We combine serious lead flow, hands‑on coaching, real accountability, and transaction coordination so you can focus on what produces income: appointments, offers, and relationships.

) - 1:1 + group coaching and proven systems
- Accountability that actually changes outcomes (standards + support)
- Transaction coordination so you stay in production

- Social proof: the team has publicly celebrated hitting over 1,000 five‑star Google reviews
- Are currently licensed
- Want structure, coaching, and a higher standard
- Are willing to follow a plan, track activity, and be coached
- Respond quickly to new leads and follow up consistently (calls/text/email + CRM tasks)
- Set and run buyer consultations and/or listing appointments
- Show homes, write offers, negotiate terms, and manage client expectations
- Provide a “beyond the sale” client experience from first call through closing
- Work closely with leadership + transaction coordination to keep files moving
- Attend team trainings/coaching, participate in role‑play, and implement feedback
- Track activity and results weekly (appointments set/held, offers written, contracts, closings)
- Collaborate with the team—share wins, solve problems, and protect culture
- Required
- Active real estate license (or actively in the licensing process, if you choose)
- Coachable mindset: willing to follow a plan, take feedback, and execute fast
- Strong communication + follow-up habits (comfortable on the phone)
- High personal integrity and professionalism with clients and teammates
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple active clients
- Comfortable using a CRM and basic real estate tech
- Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends as needed)
- Preferred
- 6–24 months of active sales experience (or clear proof of hustle + consistency)
- Script familiarity (buyer consult, listing consult, objections)
- Local market knowledge (Hampton Roads) and strong relationship‑building skills
- Demonstrated ability to hit activity targets (calls, conversations, appointments)
$100,000 at plan yearly
