Role Description
We have a full-time remote role for an experienced Real Estate Broker licensed in Virginia or North Carolina or both.
The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, conducting market analysis, and negotiating deals.
Additional responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. As an integral part of the team, the Broker will contribute to the company's success through sales efforts and expert advice.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in real estate
- Strong skills in customer service and building positive client relationships
- Proficiency in sales techniques and the ability to negotiate real estate transactions effectively
- Understanding of real property transactions and market analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with southeastern Virginia and north eastern NC, including the Outer Banks, real estate market is a plus
