SERVER ASSISTANT
Location:
Landry's Bubba Gump Shrimp Co, Galveston.
The Server Assistant supports waitstaff by:
- Setting and clearing tables
- Refilling drinks
- Cleaning to ensure a smooth and positive dining experience
- Assisting servers with processing payments
- Removing trash
- Sanitizing restaurant menus
- Performing end‑of‑day clean‑up duties
- Greeting and seating guests promptly
- Taking and delivering orders accurately
- Providing attentive service to guests
