Assistant Restaurant Leader; Assistant Manager

Overview

Assistant Restaurant Leader (Assistant Manager) role at 7-Eleven. This position is part of a management team with emphasis on training, leadership, and delivering excellent customer service. We offer full-time hours and valuable management experience with competitive pay.

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees in collaboration with the Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure the restaurant operates in compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards.
• Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all food service products.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to inform and drive operational improvements.
• Create and maintain a positive, safe, and efficient work environment while multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.

• Desire to lead and develop others in a restaurant setting; previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals; proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
• Ability to multi-task, stand for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
