, a vibrant New Orleans themed Southern Brunch destination, is seeking a Host/Hostess who will be the face of the establishment. Greet guests with genuine hospitality and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from the moment they walk through the doors. Manage seating arrangements and coordinate with the waitstaff to set the tone for guests  visit. Bring charm and organizational skills to create a welcoming atmosphere and lasting impression.

• Creating a memorable first impression by warmly welcoming guests with a radiant smile and genuine enthusiasm.
• Managing the flow of the restaurant, coordinating seating arrangements to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
• Engaging guests with excellent communication, providing information about our menu and specials.
• Mastering multitasking as you handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and reservation bookings with efficiency and poise.
• Collaborating with the waitstaff to ensure timely seating and smooth transitions between guests, optimizing efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Acting as an ambassador of hospitality, ensuring each guest feels valued and receives personalized attention throughout their visit.

• Experience in high volume, upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours).
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, high chairs, booster seats).
• Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.
• Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones.
• Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment.
• Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
