• Prepare and serve a variety of high quality beverages and food items with precision and flair.
• Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Operate the POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
• Manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Collaborate with team members to create an energetic work environment that fosters teamwork.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to retail math principles.
• Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

• Previous barista experience or a strong passion for coffee culture is essential.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• High quality customer service by engaging with customers.

• Experience in food service or the food industry, including food preparation and handling.
• Familiarity with cashiering duties and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members.
