• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non‑alcoholic selections, including state and local liquor regulations.
• Greet guests and take their orders (food and beverage), utilizing upselling techniques; answer outlet telephone with correct greeting and telephone etiquette.
• Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using proper measuring systems; prepare fresh garnishes for drinks and restock the bar with ice, supplies, and alcohol.
• Accurately enter food & beverage orders into a point‑of‑sale system; process all payment methods; count the bank at the end of the shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure the bank.
• Work with others and be a team player.

• You must be at least 21 years old to take drink orders, mix drinks, and serve alcohol.
• You must have at least one year of bartending experience in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Prior hotel experience is preferred.
• You must be available to work a varied schedule that includes days, weekends, and holidays.
• You must present proof of responsible alcohol server training (TIPS) or be able to pass a TIPS certification within 3 months of hire.
• The physical requirements of this position include standing, walking, reaching overhead, bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs.
