Car Sales Associates must be willing to
:

• Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.
• Invest time in continuous product knowledge training.
• Accurately present and demonstrate features and benefits of selected vehicles.
• Be committed to customer service before and after the sale.
• Maintain consistent contact with clients with email, phone, internet requests and other lead sources.
• Present pricing options and be comfortable negotiating price.
• Work 50+ hours/week, which includes every Saturday (and having a day off during the week instead)

Job Requirements for Car Sales Associates:

• Outstanding computer/internet and phone skills.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Self-starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
• No major driving violations in last 3 years (DUI, reckless, etc.)
• Sales or related commission based experience preferred
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
