This high-level sales role focuses on targeting the owner-direct market, selling roofing services and preventative maintenance with a primary emphasis on commercial roofing applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, relationship building, and technical sales.

• Develop and maintain relationships with high-level decision-makers and property owners.
• Evaluate existing roofing systems and identify effective solutions for commercial clients.
• Drive new business through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
• Strategically grow sales within the Virginia Beach market by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, restoration or MEP service and maintenance sales.
• Strong background in consultative sales and business development.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage long-term client relationships.
