Requirements & Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree (four‑year)
  • Proven sales record, consistently exceeding goals
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel) proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
Preferred Background & Skills
  • Experience in sponsorship, exhibitor, or VIP hospitality sales within sports or entertainment
  • Existing relationships with marketing agencies, brands, or client contacts
  • Track record of developing and maintaining partnerships with marketing personnel
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting, outreach, and lead generation
  • Develop and sell sponsorship assets, hospitality packages, digital media, and experiential activations
  • Research and identify new partnership opportunities in regional and national markets
  • Create customized presentations, proposals, and term sheets for clients
  • Support contract management and sales activity tracking within CRM systems
  • Report on sales execution and revenue targets to the executive team
