An Inside Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining, identifying and growing the customer base, providing consistent and superior customer service, increasing sales and margin, and following up on all accounts.

• Provide timely, accurate, and complete project quotations.
• Provide accurate project management of project orders.
• Serve multiple customer types including contractors, government, commercial, and industrial.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with project vendors and customers.
• Enter orders for different jobs for different customers.
• Set up certain customers on blankets.
• Follow up on product deliveries.
• Assist counter with sales.
• Maintain courtesy and politeness toward customers.
• Multi‑task and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
• Perform other duties as required.

• High School or GED.
• 1–2 years counter experience – electrical distribution industry preferred.
• Solid customer service background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite – Eclipse knowledge preferred.
• Good and dependable math, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and a great work ethic.
