As a Sales Consultant with Paramount Builders you focus on a customer‑relationship‑based sales process to provide a 5‑star experience. Our sales process involves pre‑screened, qualified appointments and opportunities to earn DOUBLE COMMISSION for self‑generated appointments. We also use AI tools to tare customer experiences by providing a visual of the completed installation during the sales appointment.

To be a Sales Consultant with Paramount Builders, experience isn t required; we provide training that helps you develop and be successful. We also welcome those with longstanding sales talent who are ready for an opportunity that pays what you put into it.

What We Offer

• Paid training to learn our process, product knowledge; hands‑on experience before running appointments on your own
• Average first‑year earnings of $80k – $150k
• evaluation also see: up to $300k+ for top performers
• Pre‑qualified appointments provided with commission starting at 13%
• Sell all exterior products such as windows, roofing, siding, gutters, gutter protection and bathtub & showers (including Kohler products)
• Weekly pay via direct deposit on Fridays
• Appointment times vary, giving flexibility in your daily routine

What you’ll be doing

• Run 1-3 appointments per day in an 80-100 mile radius of the Virginia Beach, VA office
• Educate customers on our quality products and services in their home
• Use AI tools to provide a visual tool that allows the customer(s) to see what their home will look like upon completion of installation; also provide accurate measurements of roofing, siding, gutters and windows safely.
• Offereditor – A quote within the customers’ budget while providing a high commission rate; also enable the customer to start the financial assistance process if needed
• Close sales at an average rate of 30% or more by identifying customer needs and delivering a 5‑star shop‑at‑home experience.

• Sales representatives are 1099 subcontractors requiring your vehicle and iPad; you must provide your own iPad
