Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join a team. • Base Salary: $60,000 (steps down annually over 5 years to allow time to build a book of business)
• Commission Structure: 60% on new business, 25% on renewals

• Develop and maintain a book of business by prospecting and securing new commercial lines accounts.
• Handle incoming warm leads and actively pursue new leads through cold-calling and other outreach methods (50 calls per day expected).
• Utilize a database of 8,000 leads, sorted by renewal dates, to identify and target potential clients.
• Quote new and renewal business to meet client needs and achieve sales goals.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Travel as required to meet with clients and attend training sessions.

• Licensure:
  Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years in commercial lines sales. Candidates with personal lines experience and a strong sales aptitude will also be considered.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and build lasting client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
