• Mechanical/ hard‑skills side: framing, plumbing, electrical, and rough‑ins.
• Tile craftsmanship: waterproofing systems, layout, installation, and precision finishes.
• Those with strengths in both are encouraged to apply.

• Full bathroom and kitchen renovations.
• Demo to final trim.
• Collaborate with your Crew Lead and Project Manager.
• Maintain our high standards of communication, cleanliness, and consistency.

• 5+ years professional experience in residential renovations.
• Strong skills in either tile or mechanical trades.
• Ability to follow plans with accuracy and accountability.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean background check.
• Positive attitude, team mentality, and pride in your craft.
