Service Technician – Doria Apartments, Virginia Beach, VA

We are looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Doria Apartments in Virginia Beach, VA. This full‑time role offers a regular work week with on‑call hours as needed. As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality of our apartment homes, ensuring residents enjoy a well‑maintained living environment. • Complete apartment work orders and turnovers promptly.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Assist with the upkeep of common areas, property buildings, and pool maintenance.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service in all interactions with residents and staff.
• Work with the team to ensure all maintenance tasks are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
• Manage daily checklists, occasional tasks, and troubleshoot unexpected issues.

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a residential community or similar field.
• Required CFC and HVAC certifications.
• Strong background in plumbing, electrical systems, and general apartment maintenance.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between properties if needed.
• Exceptional interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for hands‑on work.
