Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 base + commission
Growing water treatment company is looking for a hands-on Field Technician to support customers throughout the Hampton Roads area.
Responsibilities- Visit customer sites and provide hands-on technical support
- Troubleshoot water treatment systems and equipment
- Perform water testing, inspections, and routine service
- Communicate findings and recommendations to customers
- Work alongside sales representatives to support and retain accounts
- Maintain service reports and follow safety/PPE requirements
- Manage your own schedule and responsibilities in the field
- Background in water treatment, environmental services, instrumentation, mechanics, or industrial maintenance
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in industrial environments
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Chemistry or water treatment experience is a plus, but not required
