** What You'll Do
* Diagnose and complete routine and moderately complex repairs across building systems
* Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
* Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections
* Maintain the appearance and functionality of buildings, grounds, and common areas
* Complete apartment turnovers within established timelines
* Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance issues
* Assist with vendor and contractor coordination as needed
* Maintain accurate work order documentation using mobile maintenance software
* Follow all safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and company policies## What You'll Bring

* Experience:

** Minimum of 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience required.
* ** Technical

Skills:

** Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance, including troubleshooting, repairs, and use of maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and mobile work order systems.
* ** Problem-Solving**:
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues and complete repairs efficiently.
