Tile Installer/Bathroom Renovation Specialist

Job Description

Experienced Tile Installer / Bathroom Renovation Specialist

Coradi Contracting | Virginia Beach, VA

Coradi Contracting is looking for a highly skilled Tile Installer to join our residential bathroom remodeling team.

Tile is the primary focus of this position, but we specialize in complete bathroom renovations, so we're looking for someone who is versatile, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and is willing to work across multiple trades.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive hands-on experience installing tile in showers, floors, and walls
• Strong knowledge of shower waterproofing, shower pans, proper layouts, and installation methods
• Experience with porcelain, ceramic, large-format tile, mosaics, niches, and detailed finish work
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining excellent quality
• Experience with other aspects of bathroom remodeling, including framing, plumbing, drywall, trim, and finish carpentry, or a strong willingness and ability to learn

• Ability to troubleshoot problems, think independently, and find solutions
• Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and professionalism when working in customers' homes

What We Offer

• Full-time, year-round employment
• Competitive pay based on experience and abilities
• Paid time off and paid holidays
• Consistent residential remodeling projects
• Opportunity to expand your skills and grow with an established company

Important

This is not an entry-level tile position. You must already be highly skilled and experienced in tile installation.

However, you do not need to be an expert in every aspect of bathroom remodeling. We are looking for someone who either has experience in the other trades or has the attitude, mechanical ability, and willingness to learn them.

We value craftsmanship, versatility, problem-solving, and a go-getter attitude.

If you're an experienced tile installer who wants to do more than just set tile and become a well-rounded bathroom renovation professional, we'd love to hear from you.
