• Deliver customized workouts in clients’ homes, offices, or facilities using the GYMGUYZ app.
• Work with clients across all fitness levels, goals, and mobility needs.
• Provide education on form, safety, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Track progress and conduct reassessments.
• Travel between client sessions (mileage reimbursed in some cases).
• Attend monthly virtual or in-person team check-ins.

• Valid personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (or willing to complete quickly)
• Solid knowledge of exercise science, biomechanics, and injury prevention
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player who’s driven, compassionate, and ready to lead
• Access to reliable transportation
• Tech-savvy enough to use scheduling and training apps
