D-BAT Virginia Beach is a premier baseball and softball training facility dedicated to developing young athletes in a positive, energetic, and professional environment. Our mission is to help players reach their full potential through quality instruction, mentorship, and fun learning experiences.

We are seeking experienced and passionate softball instructors to join our Camps & Clinics team. These part-time positions focus on teaching fundamental and advanced skills to players ages 6–16 in both private and group settings. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help young athletes improve.

• Provide high-quality instruction in softball fundamentals with an emphasis on hitting, and either pitching or catching.
• Lead Sunday clinics from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM throughout the school year (September–May).
• Assist with or lead youth softball camps during the summer months.
• Create a positive, energetic, and safe learning environment for all athletes.
• Demonstrate drills, techniques, and proper mechanics for skill development.
• Motivate athletes while maintaining discipline and structure during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents, players, and D-BAT staff.
• Support the overall mission and standards of D-BAT Virginia Beach.

• Minimum of 1 year of college softball playing experience or extensive experience teaching or coaching youth softball.
• Experience running or assisting with camps and clinics (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of hitting mechanics and either pitching or catching techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
