We take pride in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction and are looking for someone to help us maintain that high standard. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Inventory Control Lead to maintain accuracy and efficiency in our warehouse operations.

$17.00/hr - $19.00/hr

This role is located in Virginia Beach, VA. Pay is $18.50/hr and the schedule is Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑4:30 pm, with overtime as needed.

• Verify and inspect incoming materials against packing slips or purchase orders, ensuring conformity to PO specifications and accurate information is entered into the Inventory Database.
• Process returns in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory control procedures and best practices to optimize inventory accuracy and efficiency using stock rotation, storage, and picking plans.
• Accurately perform inventory counts on all stocked warehouse items, keeping inventory items at correct usage levels and reporting shortages promptly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance inventory management efficiency.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an inventory position.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software;
  Net Suite a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
