Senior Recruiter - Professional Division at Staff Source
We’re a fast-growing manufacturer in Louisa seeking a hands‑on Controller to lead all accounting, financial reporting, and cash management. This is a key leadership role with high visibility, reporting directly to the CEO.
What You’ll Do- Own month‑end close, financial statements, and GL integrity
- Manage cash flow, forecasting, and banking relationships
- Lead cost accounting, inventory, and manufacturing costing
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and operational KPIs
- Oversee a small team and improve financial processes
- 7+ years accounting experience with manufacturing background
- 3+ years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role
- Strong in GAAP, cost accounting, and ERP systems
- Experienced in cash management and full‑cycle close
- Leadership experience; hands‑on and detail‑oriented
