Hiring!!!! Accounting Manager – General Ledger Operations

Are you an experienced accounting professional with a passion for precision and strong manufacturing experience? Join a well-established, global glass manufacturing company with over 40 years of excellence and a strong presence in the U.S., Israel, and Spain. With a stable revenue base of $25M–$50M, we’re looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to lead our general ledger operations.
What You’ll Do- Month-end close and financial reporting
- Journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations (bank, fixed assets, inventory, etc.)
- Payroll processing and labor reconciliations (Paylocity/ADP)
- Tax filings (sales & use, personal property, excise, gross receipts)
- Audit support and GAAP compliance
- Cost analysis and COGS tracking
- ERP system operations (more robust than Quick Books)
- 5–7+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative mindset
