Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Admin Assistant
Responsible for a variety of clerical/administrative duties in support of the Fleet Services division. Serves as a receptionist, answering the phone and greeting visitors. Receives and responds to a large volume of customer service requests and various inquiries; provides information or refers inquiries to appropriate personnel; and processes a variety of payments/deposits. Reads, sorts, and distributes incoming and outgoing correspondence; prepares and distributes bulk mailings.
Provides administrative support by creating and updating charts, reports, and forms using a variety of formats; faxes and photo‑copies materials; maintains a variety of records and files. Enters work orders and other information into various database systems. Work up to 25 hours a week with a flexible schedule.

- Enters work orders and other information into various database systems.
- High school graduate or equivalent supplemented by coursework in secretarial science or business practices, and 1‑2 years of secretarial or clerical work in a position involving public contact; or any combination of education and experience.
- Requires considerable knowledge of business English and modern office procedures and equipment.
- Must have good keyboarding and proofreading skills.
- Personal computer experience using Microsoft Word and Excel software required.
- Requires an acceptable criminal background check.
- Must be physically able to operate a variety of automated office machines, including a computer, calculator, copier, facsimile machine, etc.
- Must be able to exert a negligible amount of force to occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for periods of time.
