Ameri Staff is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Clerical Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong typing accuracy, good organizational skills, and the ability to complete administrative tasks efficiently.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 28 hours per week
Work Hours: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM or 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Process orders for shipment.
• Prepare and process invoices.
• Track shipments and update shipment information as needed.
• Maintain and organize files and records.
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

• Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to complete tasks independently and accurately.
• Willingness to assist with a variety of clerical duties.

Candidates may be required to complete a typing assessment to demonstrate typing accuracy and proficiency
