• · Assist experienced technicians with motorcycle repairs and maintenance.
• · Perform oil changes, tire replacements, and entry‑level service work.
• · Keep service areas clean, organized, and safe.
• · Participate in Harley-Davidson technician training and certification programs.
• · Support the Service Department with daily tasks and customer satisfaction initiatives.

• · High school diploma or equivalent required.
• · Enrollment in or completion of a motorcycle or automotive technical program preferred.
• · Mechanical aptitude and strong desire to build a career as a Harley-Davidson Technician.
• · Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment safely.
• · Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• · Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction from senior technicians.
• · Good communication and teamwork skills.
• · Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
