• Perform requirements analysis and documentation activities such as:
  Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation;
  Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications;
  Create comprehensive documentation including user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements; and Maintain requirements traceability throughout project life cycles
• Conduct Process Analysis and Improvement Activities such as:
  Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired future state;
  Develop process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Engage in Stakeholder Management Activities such as:
  Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and other key stakeholders
• Perform Systems Analysis & Testing activities such as:
  Analyze system functionality and performance to ensure alignment with business requirements
• Conduct Data Analysis & Reporting Activities such as:
  Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making

• Minimum 7 years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
• Hold an active government issued TS/SCI CI Poly clearance
• Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
• Strong background in creating documentation such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements, with the ability to maintain requirements traceability throughout project life cycles
• Experience conducting gap analyses to identify differences between current state and desired future state
• Proficiency in developing process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, including collaboration with business users, project managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
• Hands-on experience analyzing system functionality and performance to validate alignment with business requirements, including participation in system testing and validation activities
• Proficiency in data analysis, including creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making
