• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement efficient workflows and processes
• Define requirements and redesign business processes using agency management systems and reporting tools
• Document and maintain business process artifacts for training and reference
• Lead training efforts and create client deliverables
• Participate in working groups to standardize workflows across national teams

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the designated line of business
• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to refine efficiency and quality of workflows through process improvement
• Strong teamwork skills with an ability to engage cross‑functional work teams and leaders

• Experience working with an agency management system
• Ability to challenge the status quo and make business process improvement recommendations
• Demonstrated commitment to achieving sustainable results
