Harris Technologies invites high-potential professionals to join the Operational Leadership Rotation Program (OLRP), a two-year development track to grow future Operations leaders. The program provides four six-month assignments across Missile Solution sector sites, building breadth in Manufacturing Ops, Quality, and Supply Chain.
Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree with related experience, or a graduate degree with prior ops experience; or 10 years of ops experience in lieu of a degree.
