We are looking for outstanding individuals to join our US Core Operations team. Develop a deep understanding of market and product line performance across consumer demand, supply, pricing, incentives, reliability, product mix, and competition. Lead rigorous deep dives to diagnose performance, uncover structural opportunities, and translate complex data into clear decisions on where and how Uber should grow and compete.
Shape the business:
This position requires a holistic view of market performance, identifying and prioritizing opportunities across the broader marketplace and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to achieve market-level business objectives. Navigate difficult growth, profitability, and marketplace tradeoffs, identify the right interventions, and help shape how Uber manages increasingly complex marketplaces.
Lead through influence:
Turn insights into action by aligning senior stakeholders across Product, Operations, Finance, and other partner teams around a clear strategy. Build compelling, data-driven narratives, influence key business and product priorities, and drive complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
