18 Family Services is a seasonal, on-site role running from mid-May to late summer. The Lead Counselor helps plan activities, supervise staff, and ensure campers have a safe, engaging experience in archery, swimming, kayaking, and games.
Staff receive on-site lodging, meals, and training; opportunities exist for post-summer work during retreat season. A CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it during training is required.
