Job Overview

Timber Stone Masonry + Construction is hiring Project Managers to lead high‑end residential and commercial masonry construction projects from concept through completion. This is a full‑time, on‑site role offering you the opportunity to take ownership of projects—including estimating, scheduling, coordination, job costing, quality control, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from initial client meetings through completion
  • Review project plans, budgets, and client needs to provide tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client, architect, and builder relationships
  • Estimate project costs using internal systems and historical data
  • Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction operations
  • Use Job Tread CRM for project management and documentation
  • Oversee construction document organization and accuracy
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Adapt to jobsite challenges and proactively resolve project issues
  • Provide leadership and coordination across multiple crews and vendors
  • Ensure project quality, compliance, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in construction project management
  • Experience or knowledge of masonry construction methods
  • Proficient with masonry construction plan-reading (including grading plans) and project specifications
  • Proficient with software such as Sketch Up, Bluebeam, or Job Tread (a plus)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and self‑motivated
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
